We want to make sure that you have an easy start with HostMetro. To ensure that happens, we will transfer your website from another host free of charge* within the first 30 days of you signing up for a hosting account. Let our experts handle the transfer for you!

1) Sign up for your hosting account with HostMetro.
2) Send the login information for your previous host to our support team.
3) Our support team will transfer your website files and databases to our servers.
4) Once the transfer is complete update your domain's nameservers to ours and you're all set!

To avoid website downtime you will want to have your files transferred to our servers before updating nameservers.
